Starting the day with good breakfast will definitely be the great one! 🙂 And if you’ve got more time this will be a great idea for your breakfast with healthy ingredients.




So for one hungry person you will need:

  • 2 smaller grated apples
  • juice of half a lemon
  • cinnamon
  • nuts, for example. almonds, cashew nuts
  • half tablespoons of honey
  • oatmeal


Mix all ingredients to get a thick mixture. Bake on a baking dish at 180°C about 15-20 min.
