Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1-2 tablespoon of rum
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 100 g chocolate
Directions:
- In large bowl mix all ingredients (except chocolate). Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
- In preheated oven to 200ºC bake cookies, 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown.
- In small bowl melt chocolate and dip half of each cooled cookie into melted chocolate. Place on paper until chocolate is set.
