Sunday nights come and Monday is almost here! Panik? No need! Here are some tips what you can do on Sunday to improve your coming week.
Turn off the alarm, go to bed early and sleep as long as you want. One hour of sleep can make wonders. Also if you need, take a nap and really reenergize yourself.
Clean your home, do your laundry and make your home nice and comfortable as possible. If you have a home office, make sure that your desk is clean and organized. Clean home and office will help you to work more focused (without distractions).
Relax. Whatever this means to you. Read a book, take walk, go to massage, bake, do something you love… Spend time with your loved ones. Whatever makes you happy and helps you to relax. For me is definitely yoga and visit Močilnik:

Plan your week
Take time to plan your week. What is the most important things you should do? Write down those for every day. When all task are written down and your week is plan, you can relax.
