How To Plan Your Perfect Morning

Mornings have always been my favorite part of the day, and now, when I’m working from home have become even more beautiful. 🙂 I believe that if you take some time for yourself in the morning and just do things that make you happy, it will make your day perfect and waking up early will become easier.

How to plan your perfect morning? Think… what gets your blood pumping, makes you happy and bring up a smile on your face? Well, this is exactly with what your day should start! 🙂

 

In case you are interested in my morning ritual, this is how I start my day (usually):

Wash up.
First, in the morning I wash my face, brush my teeth, and comb my hair.

A glass of water.
After washing up its time for a glass of water with lemon (or without).

Yoga time.
And then… yoga timeee. More about it in Morning Yoga To Start Your Day.

Breakfast time.
After my yoga, it’s time to eat some food.

Walk.
My dog is quite lazy so she sleeps a little bit longer. After my breakfast, she usually wakes up and we all go for a walk.

Coffee.
This is one of my favorites parts of a morning – coffee time. 🙂

Five Minute Journal.
With my coffee, I also check my phone (first time) and write in Five Minute Journal my morning entry.
