Morning Yoga To Start Your Day

In February 2014, I did 30-Day Yoga Challenge. I was amazed and happy with results so I decided to do it every day. Now I do yoga every day excluding weekends. And my favorite part of the day for yoga is morning when I take just a little meme time before I really start the day.
 
I have even prepared a playlist for 3 a little bit longer yoga sequences and 2 shorter. And today I share it with you and hope you will like it too!
